Minecraft 1.15 is a charming update, bringing ADORABLE little pixelated bees to the game. For most players, all the bees bring is a few hives here and there, and an interesting concept of flower growth. However, for redstoners, 1.15 is a HUGE step. The addition of honey blocks has COMPLETELY changed the way slime block machines function, because of the ability to put them and slime blocks next to each other, WITHOUT THEM STICKING.
1.15 has also introduced a interesting farming concept, using bees pollen to power it. While these farms may not be the most efficient in the game, they are still fun to play with, and are delightful to watch.
1.15 has also re-introduced a fan-favourite farm design: Shaky Sand Farms. Shaky sand farms are known to be even faster than 0-tick, previously the fastest farms in the game. Shaky sand works in a very odd way however, using boats stacked on top of each other to function.
1.15 has introduced a few new concepts, all of them fun to play with, and all of them game-changing. I can't wait to see what 1.16 has to offer...
